Seshasayee Paper and Boards has informed the stock exchanges about the transmission of shares held by its late Managing Director, K S Kasi Viswanathan, who passed away on March 8, 2025. His 2,910 shares have been transferred to his wife and legal heir, Mrs. Rajam Kasi Viswanathan. She already held 500 shares earlier classified as a 'Relative of promoter,' bringing her total to 3,410 shares. As a result of the demise and the share transmission, Mrs. Rajam Kasi Viswanathan has been reclassified as a member of the promoter group, while the late MD has been automatically removed from the promoter group list as per SEBI LODR Regulations.
