Management affirmed FY27 EBITDA guidance of INR300 crore after Q2 EBITDA of INR72 crore and H1 EBITDA of INR131 crore. It expects the company-wide margin before depreciation to rise from 4-5% to 6-7% within 9-12 months via a new Raipur plant. Eight service centers are operational, with at least 25 targeted by 2030. Solar orders exceed 50,000 tonnes, giving one year of visibility. Further capex may total INR1,500 crore over two to three years.
Positive: margin gains, order visibility and network growth may lift earnings, but heavy capex and steel demand risks could temper returns.
