Shah Metacorp Limited (formerly Gyscoal Alloys Limited) has allotted 78,00,000 equity shares on a preferential basis to non-promoter allottees at ₹4.71 per share, raising approximately ₹3.67 crore in cash. The shares have been issued to three allottees: Karni Enterprise (43,00,000 shares worth ₹2.03 crore), Journey Ventures (25,00,000 shares worth ₹1.18 crore), and Tirth Patel (10,00,000 shares worth ₹47.10 lakh). This allotment is part of a larger preferential issue of up to 6.65 crore shares approved by shareholders at an EGM on March 5, 2025, and in-principle approvals were received from BSE and NSE in late June 2025. After this allotment, Karni Enterprise's holding in the company rises from 1.88% to 2.50%, while Journey Ventures becomes a new 0.37% shareholder and Tirth Patel's stake moves from 0.01% to 0.16%.
The company has raised a modest amount of fresh equity capital (around ₹3.67 crore) from non-promoter investors, which will result in a small dilution for existing shareholders. With 5.87 crore shares still pending under the approved preferential issue, further dilution and fund-raising rounds can be expected in the coming months, which existing shareholders should monitor closely.
