Shaily Engineering Plastics reported Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) results with consolidated revenue rising 37.5% year-on-year to Rs 246.69 crore and net profit jumping 136% to Rs 41.12 crore. Consolidated EPS stood at Rs 8.95 versus Rs 3.80 in the year-ago quarter. On a standalone basis, revenue dipped 32% YoY to Rs 115.10 crore, though net profit still grew to Rs 35.97 crore from a low base. The board fixed September 19, 2025 as the record date for the FY25 final dividend and approved the re-appointment of promoter Mrs. Tilottama Sanghvi as Whole-time Director for three years from February 2026. Statutory auditor B S R and Co issued an unqualified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated numbers. The company also invested AED 100,000 in its Dubai-based wholly owned subsidiary Shaily Innovations FZCO during the quarter.
Sharp consolidated profit growth and a robust margin profile are positive for the stock, while the confirmed final dividend record date means eligible shareholders will receive the FY25 payout. The standalone revenue softness is worth watching, though overall group-level trajectory remains strong.
