Shakti Pumps posted consolidated revenue of Rs 666.35 cr in Q2 FY26, up 5% YoY. However, profit after tax fell 10.5% to Rs 90.71 cr on higher material and finance costs. Standalone PAT was Rs 90.20 cr vs Rs 94.11 cr. The company raised Rs 292.60 cr via QIP at Rs 918 per share. Cash from operations was deeply negative at minus Rs 478 cr, hurt by a Rs 620 cr jump in trade receivables. Margins compressed versus last year.
Mixed results: topline growth but profit dip and weak operating cash flow may weigh on sentiment, even as QIP proceeds strengthen the balance sheet.
