For the unaudited September 2025 quarter, group revenue rose 5% to Rs 666.35 crore, but profit after tax fell 11% to Rs 90.71 crore. For the first half, revenue rose 7% to Rs 1,288.85 crore and profit fell 3% to Rs 187.54 crore. Six-month cash flow from operations before tax was negative Rs 417.74 crore, driven by a Rs 620.19 crore rise in trade receivables. The review found no material problems. A share issue raised Rs 292.60 crore.
Lower profit, narrow margins and receivable-led cash use may pressure shares. The share issue supports cash but dilutes shareholders.
