Shalimar Paints approved unaudited results for September 2026. Standalone September-quarter revenue fell 13% year on year to Rs 114.52 crore and net loss widened to Rs 31.99 crore from Rs 13.87 crore. First-half revenue fell 12% to Rs 250.71 crore and net loss widened to Rs 52.77 crore from Rs 30.53 crore; consolidated first-half loss was Rs 53.81 crore. Operating cash flow was positive. Howrah property worth Rs 73.43 crore is being sold.
Falling sales and wider losses may hurt the stock. Positive cash flow and asset sale proceeds may support liquidity, but margins need improvement.
