Board approved Q2 and H1 FY26 standalone and consolidated results. Standalone Q2 revenue fell about 8.7 percent YoY to Rs 132.11 cr, but H1 revenue grew 6 percent to Rs 285.57 cr. H1 loss before tax narrowed to Rs 30.53 cr versus Rs 46.62 cr last year. EBITDA improved Rs 20 cr (7.6 percent), with margins up 5.1 percent. Inventory cut by Rs 10 cr. Company added 100 distributors and grew dealer base 20 percent.
Losses shrinking and margins improving, but company still in the red. Better cost control and wider reach may support gradual recovery.
