Board approved unaudited quarter and half-year results ended 30 September 2026. Quarter net revenue rose to Rs 1,084.53 lakh from Rs 528.08 lakh, and net profit was Rs 105.38 lakh versus Rs 69.31 lakh. Half-year revenue fell to Rs 1,612.61 lakh from Rs 2,326.64 lakh, but net profit rose to Rs 174.69 lakh from Rs 28.67 lakh. The review noted no material misstatement but said receivables, payables and loans were not fully verified.
Higher profit is positive, but the half-year sales decline and pending verification of balances may limit investor confidence.
