Shanthi Gears declared an interim dividend of Rs 3 per share with record date January 29. Q3 FY26 revenue fell to Rs 116.82 Cr from Rs 157.51 Cr year-on-year, and profit after tax dropped to Rs 16.19 Cr from Rs 26.28 Cr. Despite weak Q3, the firm recorded its highest-ever order bookings of Rs 169 Cr (up 28% YoY) and has an unexecuted order book of Rs 305 Cr. CFO Ranjan Kumar Pati will step down on March 19 for personal reasons.
Weak Q3 numbers and CFO exit may weigh on the stock, though dividend payout and strong order book provide some cushion.
