On the reaction day the stock moved 0.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.0 pts less than its Gems Jewellery And Watches peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Shanti Gold International's Board on June 30, 2026 approved raising up to Rs 100 crore by issuing fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs 10 each through a Rights Issue to existing eligible shareholders. The issue price, entitlement ratio, record date, and other terms will be decided by the Board later. The move is subject to applicable SEBI and Companies Act provisions and other regulatory approvals.
Existing shareholders will get rights to buy additional shares in proportion. Dilution possible if some shareholders do not subscribe. Final terms pending.
