Shanti Gold International, a wholesaler and manufacturer of gold ornaments, reported its first quarterly results as a listed company following its August 2025 IPO. Revenue from operations for Q2 FY26 stood at ~Rs 430 crore, up sharply from ~Rs 266 crore in Q2 FY25. For H1 FY26, revenue was ~Rs 723 crore versus ~Rs 509 crore in H1 FY25, a growth of around 42%. Profit after tax for H1 FY26 was ~Rs 68 crore versus ~Rs 15 crore in H1 FY25, marking a jump of over 300%. Total assets rose to ~Rs 768 crore as of September 30, 2025, from ~Rs 420 crore on March 31, 2025, boosted by IPO proceeds and higher inventory. The board approved these results along with the limited review report from statutory auditors J. Kala & Associates, which issued an unmodified review conclusion.
Strong first post-IPO results with significant revenue growth and a sharp jump in profits, reflecting the benefits of IPO capital and scale-up in operations. Positive read-through for the stock; shareholders should monitor working capital, gold price risk, and how IPO funds are deployed going forward.
