Shanti Gold International Limited, a manufacturer and wholesaler of gold ornaments, reported its first set of quarterly results since listing on BSE and NSE on August 1, 2025 following its IPO. Revenue from operations grew about 26.9% year-on-year to Rs. 292.78 crore in Q1 FY26, up from Rs. 230.83 crore in Q1 FY25. Profit after tax surged roughly 2.3 times year-on-year to Rs. 29.64 crore from Rs. 8.99 crore, with EBITDA margin expanding sharply to about 13.5% from around 7.3% a year ago. Sequentially, revenue dipped marginally by about 1.5% from Rs. 297.29 crore in Q4 FY25, but PAT rose around 55% from Rs. 19.14 crore. Statutory auditor J. Kala & Associates issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications or concerns flagged.
Strong YoY revenue growth, a near-tripling of profit, and significant margin expansion are positive signals for newly listed investors. However, this is the first post-listing disclosure, so traders may weigh the novelty of the listing and the seasonal nature of the gold business before drawing firm conclusions.
