Board approved Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026) unaudited results. Consolidated revenue grew about 9% to about 1,074 crore rupees versus about 985 crore last year. Net profit fell about 38% to about 88 crore from about 143 crore. Total expenses surged about 17% to about 990 crore. Basic EPS stood at 9.76 rupees versus 15.83 rupees. Auditor B S R and Co. LLP gave an unmodified opinion.
Profit fell sharply despite revenue growth, showing margin pressure. Business is seasonal, so Q1 may not reflect full-year performance.
