Sharda Cropchem's consolidated revenue from operations grew about 9 percent YoY to Rs 1,073.77 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 984.81 crore. However, net profit fell sharply by about 38 percent YoY to Rs 88.02 crore from Rs 142.80 crore. EPS dropped to Rs 9.76 from Rs 15.83. Agrochemicals segment revenue rose to Rs 914.86 crore but its profit fell to Rs 82.32 crore from about Rs 136 crore. Total expenses rose nearly 17 percent YoY. Auditor BSR and Co issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Profit fell much faster than revenue grew, pointing to margin pressure from rising costs. Agrochemicals profit dropped despite higher sales.
