Shardul Securities has fixed October 8, 2026 as the record date for its buyback of up to 1.92 crore equity shares at Rs 60 per share, for a total of up to Rs 115.20 crore. Shareholders on record as of that date will be eligible to participate in the buyback offer. The buyback was approved by the Board on August 12, 2026 and by members on September 29, 2026.
