NCLT Ahmedabad has rectified the Appointed Date of Share India's amalgamation scheme with Silverleaf Capital Services from October 1, 2023 to April 1, 2026, via order pronounced on October 12, 2026. The original scheme was approved on August 20, 2026, but the Appointed Date was revised after objections from the Regional Director. Both companies' boards had approved the revised date on June 24, 2026. The Regional Director raised no objection. The scheme becomes effective upon completion of remaining steps.
Procedural rectification with no adverse impact on shareholders. Scheme implementation moves forward with the revised Appointed Date of April 1, 2026.
