Share India Securities reported strong FY2026 results with total revenue of Rs 1,22,727 Lakhs, up 7.9% from Rs 1,13,781 Lakhs in FY25. Net profit after tax grew 20.7% to Rs 29,769 Lakhs from Rs 24,663 Lakhs, while basic EPS improved to Rs 13.61 from Rs 11.73. For Q4 alone, revenue more than doubled to Rs 38,391 Lakhs with PAT of Rs 7,495 Lakhs. Operating margin expanded to 40.22% from 33.57%, and net profit margin improved to 24.26% from 21.68%. The company also disclosed Rs 99.90 crore NCD issuance (June 2025) with early redemption proposed, FCCB plans up to USD 20 million, and ongoing amalgamation of Silverleaf Capital Services. Statutory auditors MSKA & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion.
Strong bottom-line growth and margin expansion are positives for shareholders, but the significant negative operating cash flow of Rs 16,427 Lakhs despite Rs 29,769 Lakhs net profit raises concerns about cash conversion quality and working capital management.
