Consolidated Q2 FY27 revenue rose 11.3% year on year to Rs 3,795 million and PAT increased 10% to Rs 1,025 million. H1 revenue rose 23.3% to Rs 8,416 million, PAT rose 32.3% to Rs 2,349 million and EBITDA margin reached 45.8%, up 222 basis points. MTF AUM reached Rs 5,885 million. The board approved evaluating an Ace Alpha Tech amalgamation, four IPO listings were completed, two mainboard DRHPs filed, and a Rs 0.40 interim dividend was declared.
H1 profit growth, margin gains and a Rs 0.40 dividend support sentiment. The Ace Alpha merger adds tech upside but needs approval and integration.
