Share India Securities board approved raising up to Rs 200 crore through a preferential issue of convertible warrants. Names of investors and pricing are yet to be decided by the Board. Separately, the company plans to incorporate a new subsidiary in the financial services space, focused on wealth management and allied services, with an investment of up to Rs 120 crore in equity shares. The board meeting was held on September 21, 2026.
Warrant issue may dilute existing shareholders if converted. New subsidiary could expand wealth management business and create long-term value.
