On the reaction day the stock moved 0.8 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.1 pts more than its Other Financial Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Share Samadhan filed its 15th Annual Report for FY26. Standalone revenue fell 30 percent to about Rs 6.21 crore from Rs 8.87 crore, while net profit dropped 69 percent to about Rs 70 lakh from Rs 2.29 crore. Consolidated revenue declined sharply and PAT fell to about Rs 57 lakh from Rs 3.15 crore. No dividend was declared. Auditor gave a clean report with no qualifications. New CS and CFO were appointed mid-year.
Sharp revenue and profit decline signals a weak year, though clean audit and no qualifications offer some comfort.
