Board of Sharpline Broadcast has approved a proposal to voluntarily delist its equity shares from Metropolitan Stock Exchange (MSEI) under SEBI Delisting Regulations. The company will continue to be listed on BSE, so no exit opportunity is being offered to shareholders. About 2.86 crore equity shares are currently listed on MSEI. The move was approved at the board meeting on September 9, 2026.
MSEI shareholders see no buyback; shares remain tradable on BSE with no material change expected for most retail holders.
