Shayona Engineering submitted its 10th Annual Report for FY ending March 31, 2026 to BSE. The 10th AGM is set for September 25, 2026 in Vadodara. Statutory auditor SGPS and Associates resigned on August 24, 2026 citing enhanced scope after the BSE listing; M/s O.P. Rathi and Co was appointed as replacement from August 27. The company proposes raising its borrowing limit under Section 180 from rupees 20 crore to rupees 50 crore for expansion. Shayona listed on the BSE SME platform in January 2026.
Procedural filing, but mid-year auditor change and higher debt ceiling point to growing scale and capacity needs post listing.
