Sheela Foam's Board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended September 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations grew ~9% YoY to ₹666.60 cr in Q2 and ~6% to ₹1,301.43 cr in H1. However, standalone profit after tax fell sharply to ₹5.65 cr in Q2 (vs ₹11.11 cr YoY) and ₹16.35 cr in H1 (vs ₹61.86 cr YoY), dragged by a ₹7.84 cr exceptional loss on sale of certain land and building in Roorkee and Bangalore. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹874.90 cr in Q2, with PAT at ₹9.96 cr. The NCLT-approved amalgamation of subsidiary Kurlon Enterprise was accounted using the pooling of interest method, with prior periods recast. Debt-equity remains healthy at 0.27x, and operating cash flow was positive at ₹57.18 cr (standalone) and ₹117.80 cr (consolidated).
Despite top-line growth, sharp PAT decline driven by the exceptional loss and continued margin pressure may weigh on near-term sentiment. Investors should watch whether the Kurlon amalgamation and restructuring benefits start reflecting in subsequent quarters.
