Sheela Foam Q3 FY26 standalone revenue rose 7.8 percent YoY to 841.64 crore; PAT jumped 124 percent to 38.70 crore. Consolidated Q3 revenue grew 11 percent to 1,074.43 crore with PAT at 52.57 crore. However, 9-month standalone PAT dipped to 55.05 crore from 79.12 crore. The company booked a 7.84 crore exceptional loss on land and building sale and allotted 4.88 lakh shares to Kurlon Enterprise shareholders under an NCLT-approved scheme. Operating margin improved to 37 percent and debt-equity ratio fell to 0.21.
Strong quarterly profit rebound and improved margins, but 9-month earnings remain lower due to exceptional loss. Share allotment is a procedural step.
