On the reaction day the stock moved 2.2 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.0 pts less than its Media & Entertainment peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Shemaroo reported wider losses for Q3 and 9M FY26 (quarter ended December 2025). Standalone net loss was Rs 5,568.56 lakhs versus Rs 3,739.99 lakhs a year earlier; 9M loss nearly doubled to Rs 14,894.22 lakhs. Consolidated 9M net loss was Rs 14,617.97 lakhs versus Rs 7,951.55 lakhs. Revenue also declined on a 9M basis. Separately, the company's appeal against a GST demand of about Rs 7,025 lakhs (Input Tax Credit) plus a Rs 6,334 lakh penalty was disposed of against it this quarter. It is preparing to approach the GST Appellate Tribunal.
Worsening operating losses plus an adverse GST appeal ruling raise concerns. Higher contingent liability risk may weigh on the stock until the tribunal outcome.
