Shetron Limited reported its unaudited Q2 FY26 results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹6,041 lakhs, up about 4% from ₹5,791 lakhs in the same quarter last year. For the half year, revenue grew modestly to ₹12,920 lakhs versus ₹12,248 lakhs in H1 FY25. However, profit before tax fell to ₹367 lakhs from ₹471 lakhs, a drop of roughly 22%, indicating clear margin compression. Profit after tax for H1 came in at ₹263 lakhs against ₹308 lakhs in the year-ago period. Earnings per share for H1 were ₹2.97, broadly flat compared with ₹2.92 earlier. The statutory auditor issued a clean (unqualified) limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter. Operating cash flow remained healthy and positive at ₹672 lakhs for the half year.
Mixed quarter — topline growth is modest but profitability has come under pressure, with both PBT and PAT declining despite higher sales. Investors should watch whether margins recover in the second half before drawing conclusions on the full-year trajectory.
