The Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways has conveyed to SCI that the Disciplinary Authority has imposed a major penalty of dismissal from service on Shri C.I. Acharya under Rule 23(j) of the SCI Conduct, Discipline & Appeal Rules, 2011.
