Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Shiv Aum Steels reported Q1 FY27 standalone results: total income of Rs 13,893.85 lakh versus Rs 11,313.35 lakh in the corresponding prior quarter, with profit after tax of Rs 368.09 lakh versus Rs 74.10 lakh. The board approved consolidated results too, reappointed Agarwal Jain and Gupta as statutory auditor for FY26-27 and FY27-28, cleared CSR spend, board report and MD&A for FY25-26, and announced a 7th AGM. The company will also apply for direct listing on BSE main board.
Higher profits signal operational improvement; BSE main board application may broaden investor reach and improve liquidity.
