Shiv Texchem Ltd's Board approved unaudited H1 FY26 results on November 13, 2025. Total income rose to Rs. 150,578 lakhs from Rs. 103,267 lakhs in H1 FY25, a growth of about 45.8%. Operating income stood at Rs. 150,200 lakhs, up nearly 46% year-on-year. Profit before tax jumped to Rs. 5,784 lakhs (from Rs. 2,796 lakhs), while net profit after tax more than doubled to Rs. 4,295 lakhs (from Rs. 2,063 lakhs). EPS rose to Rs. 27.38 from Rs. 12.09. The auditor (Yatin Kumar Shah) issued an unqualified review report. Reserves and surplus grew to Rs. 35,262 lakhs, though unsecured loans from promoters surged from Rs. 8,670 lakhs to Rs. 17,641 lakhs, and operating cash flow was very weak at just Rs. 8 lakhs despite strong profits.
Strong topline and bottomline growth, with PAT more than doubling, is a clear positive for shareholders. However, the sharp rise in promoter-related unsecured loans and almost negligible operating cash flow suggest the company is funding growth largely through promoter support and working capital stretch, which is a point of caution.
