Quarter revenue rose 37 percent year on year to Rs 11,270.01 lakh but fell 26 percent from the June quarter. Half-year revenue rose 41 percent to Rs 26,419.44 lakh. Quarter and half-year net losses narrowed to Rs 2,285.22 lakh and Rs 4,420.02 lakh. The auditor highlighted uncertainty about continuity due to accumulated losses of Rs 60,249.91 lakh. Management cited improved grinding, dolomite mining and a proposed JSW Cement merger.
Higher sales and smaller losses help, but the accumulated deficit and business continuity risk keep stock risk high despite the proposed merger.
