Shiva Texyarn Limited reported audited standalone net profit of Rs. 1,299.61 lakhs for FY2025-26, up 37.4% from Rs. 945.87 lakhs in FY2024-25. Total standalone income stood at Rs. 34,570.75 lakhs (vs Rs. 32,496.09 lakhs previous year), representing 6.4% revenue growth. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.60 per equity share (6% on face value of Rs. 10), subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM. Key senior management appointments were made: Sri M Gopalakrishnan elevated as Chief Operating Officer (Lamination Division) and Sri G K Raman appointed as President - Strategic Affairs, both effective 27.05.2026. The company also proposed amendments to its Memorandum and Articles of Association and appointed Sri M Nagarajan as Cost Auditor for FY2026-27. Statutory auditors V K S Aiyer & Co. issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements.
