Shivalik Rasayan Ltd reported audited standalone revenue of Rs 17,023.35 lakh for FY26, up 14.1% from Rs 14,922.59 lakh in FY25. However, standalone net profit dropped sharply to Rs 817.25 lakh from Rs 1,386.68 lakh in FY25, a decline of about 41%. On consolidated basis, revenue grew 18% to Rs 36,800.32 lakh while net profit fell 12% to Rs 1,796.88 lakh. The board recommended a dividend of Rs 0.50 per share (10%). The auditors issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results. The company also announced a change in internal auditor (from Amar Sharma & Co to Arun Agarwal & Co) and the resignation of Mr Sanjay Bansal as Non-Executive Director.
The significant 41% decline in standalone PAT despite 14% revenue growth signals margin compression and is a concern for shareholders. The consolidated results including associate Medicamen Biotech Ltd show similar profit decline trends.
