Shlokka Dyes reported standalone unaudited results for the half year ended 30 September 2025, with revenue from operations falling to Rs. 3,135.17 lakhs from Rs. 4,261.23 lakhs in H1 FY25 — a drop of about 26%. Profit after tanked to Rs. 147.71 lakhs from Rs. 486.98 lakhs, down nearly 70% year-on-year, and basic EPS slipped to Rs. 0.98 from Rs. 3.23 (restated for a September 2024 bonus issue). Total expenses of Rs. 2,984.13 lakhs were supported by a large Rs. 486.33 lakh favourable swing in inventory changes, which cushioned the bottom line. Operating cash flow stayed positive at Rs. 110.40 lakhs, and auditor Patel & Panchal issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis-of-matter matters.
Sharp double-digit declines in both revenue and profit signal meaningful operational weakness for the half year, which is likely to be viewed negatively by shareholders and could pressure the stock price in the near term.
