Shraddha Prime Projects Ltd reported a sharp jump in FY25 earnings. Standalone revenue from operations rose to ₹10,321.94 lakhs from ₹4,327.86 lakhs last year (up about 138%), while standalone profit after tax climbed to ₹2,464.28 lakhs from ₹653.36 lakhs (up about 277%). On a consolidated basis, revenue grew to ₹15,558.28 lakhs and PAT to ₹2,491.54 lakhs. Auditors Monika Jain & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both sets of results. The company issued bonus shares in a 1:1 ratio during the year, increasing paid-up capital to ₹4,040.10 lakhs, and declared an interim dividend of ₹0.20 per share. Borrowings rose sharply (non-current borrowings jumped from ₹1,400 lakhs to ₹8,988 lakhs standalone), and operating cash flow was negative at around ₹(3,611.63) lakhs standalone and ₹(7,463.22) lakhs consolidated. The company also disclosed an ongoing Income Tax search from May 2024, whose outcome is still uncertain.
Very strong top-line and bottom-line growth with clean audit opinion is positive for shareholders, but the steep rise in debt, negative operating cash flow, and the pending Income Tax search outcome are key watch-points that could weigh on the stock despite the bumper numbers.
