Shree Bhavya Fabrics reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of ₹3,083.49 lakhs, down about 14% from ₹3,598.86 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue stood at ₹11,903.95 lakhs versus ₹13,640.95 lakhs in the same period last year, a decline of roughly 13%. Profit after tax for Q3 was ₹15.49 lakhs (vs ₹30.13 lakhs YoY), while 9-month PAT rose modestly to ₹161.71 lakhs from ₹145.39 lakhs. EPS for 9M FY26 stood at ₹1.70 versus ₹1.53 a year ago. The statutory auditor (Nahta Jain & Associates) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications. The company noted it is still evaluating the impact of the new Labour Codes effective November 21, 2025.
