Shree Cement reported standalone revenue of Rs. 19,310.52 crore for FY2026, up 7% from Rs. 18,037.33 crore in FY2025. Profit after tax grew significantly to Rs. 1,706.25 crore versus Rs. 1,196.21 crore in the prior year, representing a 42.6% increase driven by lower depreciation and strong operational performance. EBITDA margins expanded marginally from 24.5% to 24.8%. The company commissioned its integrated cement plant in Karnataka during Q4 with 3.5 MTPA capacity. Auditors gave an unmodified opinion with no going concern or qualified remarks. Board recommended final dividend of Rs. 70 per share, in addition to Rs. 80 interim dividend already paid.
Strong bottom-line growth of 42.6% and EBITDA margin expansion signal operational efficiency improvements, which is positive for shareholders. The new Karnataka plant capacity and healthy debt-equity ratio of 0.07 provide growth visibility.
