The board approved standalone and consolidated unaudited results for the quarter and six months ended 30 September 2026. Consolidated Q2 revenue rose 23.8% year on year to Rs 5,896.51 crore, but profit after tax fell 15.0% to Rs 263.46 crore and EBITDA slipped 2.1%. In H1, revenue rose 20.8% to Rs 12,129.64 crore, while profit fell 16.7% and operating cash flow was negative Rs 888.61 crore. The auditor's review found no material misstatement.
Strong sales growth is positive, but weaker margins, lower profit and negative operating cash flow could pressure shareholder sentiment and the stock.
