Shree Cement reported standalone Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs 4,416 cr (up 4% YoY) and PAT of Rs 279 cr (up 21% YoY). For 9M FY26, standalone revenue rose 7% to Rs 13,668 cr while PAT surged 83% to Rs 1,174 cr. Consolidated 9M PAT jumped to Rs 1,221 cr from Rs 549 cr. A one-time Rs 56 cr charge for new Labour Codes impacted Q3 employee costs. New 3.65 MTPA cement plant in Rajasthan fully commissioned. Auditors gave an unqualified review report.
Strong 9M profit growth signals operational momentum. One-time Labour Code charge and softer Q3 margins are minor negatives. Capacity addition supports future growth.
