Shree Digvijay Cement reported Q1 FY26 revenue of Rs. 19,595 lakhs, up 11% from Rs. 17,680 lakhs in Q1 FY25, driven by a 6% YoY rise in sales volume to 3.59 lakh tons. Profit after tax grew 22% YoY to Rs. 1,379 lakhs (from Rs. 1,127 lakhs), while EBITDA rose modestly to Rs. 2,519 lakhs. However, EBITDA per ton dipped slightly to Rs. 701 from Rs. 703, reflecting weaker cement prices in Gujarat and subdued demand. The company's expansion to double capacity from 1.5 MT to 3.0 MT via a new grinding plant is ready and undergoing trial runs. Statutory auditors BSR and Co. issued an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Modest PAT growth and stable volumes are positive, but flat EBITDA per ton signals pricing pressure. Capacity doubling could boost future volumes, though near-term margin recovery depends on cement price improvement in Gujarat.
