The company reported Q2 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs 6,202.12 lakhs, up about 17.5% YoY. H1 FY26 revenue grew around 22.5% to Rs 11,737.08 lakhs. PAT for H1 surged to Rs 1,452.05 lakhs against Rs 948.59 lakhs in H1 FY25, while Q2 PAT stood at Rs 717.33 lakhs. The statutory auditor issued a qualified conclusion because the company could not consolidate its wholly owned subsidiary Shree Rama (Mauritius) Limited, which is defunct under Mauritius law and pending FEMA write-off approval. Mr Krunal Shah was also appointed as new CFO effective November 13, 2025.
Strong revenue and profit growth is positive, but auditor's qualified conclusion over subsidiary non-consolidation remains a concern. New CFO appointed.
