Shree Rama Multi-Tech posted Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs 5,985 lakhs (up 13% YoY) and net profit of Rs 553 lakhs (up 5% YoY). For nine months, revenue grew about 19% to Rs 17,722 lakhs and PAT rose around 36% to Rs 2,005 lakhs, helped by lower deferred tax. Auditor issued a qualified review because the company did not consolidate its defunct Mauritius wholly owned subsidiary and consolidated results could not be prepared. Board also appointed Shalin S. Patel as additional non-executive director from 8 Feb 2026.
Strong nine-month profit growth is positive, but the qualified auditor view over the unconsolidated subsidiary is a minor concern for investors.
