On the reaction day the stock moved 4.6 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.9 pts more than its Other Financial Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board allotted 18.5 lakh warrants to four investors at Rs175 each, representing Rs32.375 crore. Promoters received 18 lakh warrants, while two non-promoters received 50,000. Each warrant can convert into one Rs10 share within 18 months after payment of the remaining 75% of the price. Paid-up capital is unchanged for now.
No immediate share-count change. Full conversion would add 18.5 lakh shares, raise paid-up capital and reduce existing holders' ownership.
