Shree Salasar Investment Ltd. has allotted 18,50,000 convertible warrants at Rs. 175 per warrant, totalling about Rs. 32.38 crore, on a preferential basis. Promoter group members Ajay Sarupria and Shailesh Hingarh (Managing Director) each received 9 lakh warrants, while two other identified non-promoters got 25,000 warrants each. Allottees have paid only 25 percent upfront and must pay the remaining 75 percent within 18 months to convert warrants into equity shares. BSE in-principle approval was received earlier in October 2026. Paid-up share capital does not change at this stage.
Likely dilution if warrants convert; promoter stake strengthens further. Limited immediate cash inflow as only 25 percent paid upfront.
