Shrenik Limited entered the corporate insolvency resolution process on 30 July 2026. After four unsecured financial creditors were admitted, the creditors' committee was reconstituted with seven financial creditors. Their admitted claims total Rs 206.45 crore; Punjab National Bank has 53.37% of votes and State Bank of India 41.23%. The broader list shows Rs 307.84 crore of admitted claims, including Rs 80.78 crore of government dues. Claims remain subject to verification.
The two banks hold 94.6% of committee votes, giving them strong influence over key decisions. Continued insolvency uncertainty may keep the stock volatile.
