Shreyans Industries' Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The company's profit dropped sharply to Rs. 646.78 lakhs from Rs. 5,060.15 lakhs in the previous year (down 87%), with Q4 FY26 reporting a loss of Rs. 1,048.30 lakhs. The board also re-appointed three key directors (Rajneesh Oswal, Vishal Oswal, and Kunal Oswal) for another three years, appointed Amit Arora as new CFO replacing retiring Rakesh Kumar Mahajan, and re-appointed Rajan Sabharwal & Associates as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27.
Despite a steep decline in profitability, the company is maintaining dividend payout which may provide some support to shareholder sentiment. However, the 87% profit fall could weigh on the stock price in the near term.
