Shreyans Industries reported a sharp decline in profitability for FY2025-26 with profit after tax falling to Rs 646.78 lakhs from Rs 5,060.15 lakhs in the previous year, a drop of about 87%. Revenue from operations grew marginally from Rs 61,676.63 lakhs to Rs 62,283.09 lakhs. The Q4 FY26 result was particularly weak, showing a loss of Rs 1,048.30 lakhs. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financial results. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per share. There were also changes in the CFO position due to retirement and appointment.
The stock may face pressure as profit collapsed by 87% year-on-year despite flat revenue growth, indicating margin compression or higher costs. However, the company remains profitable and auditors gave a clean opinion, which provides some comfort to shareholders.
