Shreyans Industries Q2 FY26 revenue grew 7.4 percent YoY to Rs 142.29 crores; H1 revenue rose 10.4 percent to Rs 295.93 crores. But Q2 net profit plunged 75 percent to Rs 2.23 crores and H1 profit fell about 15 percent to Rs 19.50 crores. PBT margin shrank from 10.6 percent to 7.7 percent in H1 due to higher other expenses and power costs. EPS stood at Rs 1.62 for Q2. Auditors SCV and Co LLP gave an unmodified opinion.
Sharp profit decline and weaker margins despite revenue growth may pressure the stock in the near term.
