Shreyas Intermediates Limited's board approved its unaudited standalone results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025 on 13 February 2026. Revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 stood at zero, compared with Rs 1,037 lacs in the previous quarter (Q2 FY26) and also nil in the year-ago quarter. Total income for Q3 was just Rs 12 lacs (entirely from other income). The company reported a net loss of Rs 39 lacs in Q3 FY26, wider than the Rs 24 lacs loss in Q2 FY26 and Rs 36 lacs loss in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 2025, the net loss narrowed slightly to Rs 97 lacs from Rs 127 lacs a year earlier. Basic and diluted EPS stood at (0.05) for the quarter and (0.14) for nine months. Auditor A. Sachdev & Co. issued an unqualified (clean) limited review report.
Negative for shareholders. The company's other equity is deeply negative at approximately Rs (5,846) lacs against paid-up equity of Rs 7,085 lacs, signalling massive accumulated losses that wipe out reserves. Combined with zero operational revenue in Q3 and persistent losses, this raises serious going-concern concerns, even though quarterly losses are narrowing marginally.
