The Board of Directors approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for Q3 and 9 months ended December 31, 2025, along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors. On a standalone basis, Q3 FY26 turnover fell sharply to Rs 4,695.95 Lac from Rs 10,723.18 Lac in Q3 FY25, as the Steel Plant remained non-operational from November 18, 2025 due to expansion activities. Despite the revenue drop, standalone Q3 PAT surged to Rs 195.93 Lac from Rs 34.53 Lac, and 9M PAT jumped to Rs 825.51 Lac from Rs 113.83 Lac. The Agro Division highlighted new entry into the West African market and cost optimization via automation. Consolidated 9M PAT grew to Rs 2,485.65 Lac from Rs 2,126.94 Lac.
Short-term standalone revenue looks weak due to the planned steel plant shutdown for expansion, but profits have actually improved sharply, suggesting better margins and a stronger Agro segment. Post-expansion commissioning, the steel division is expected to deliver higher volumes, which could be a positive re-rating trigger for shareholders.
